Vegan-Friendly Pina Colada Ice Cream

Makes 2 to 3 servings

Vegan-Friendly Pina Colada Ice Cream Recipe

 3 overripe bananas
 1 tbsp Hemp&&fork Hemp Hearts
 1 pinch salt
 ¼ cup fresh or frozen pineapple
 ¼ cup canned coconut milk
 shredded coconut (optional)

Vegan-Friendly Pina Colada Ice Cream Directions

1

Ripe bananas should be peeled and chopped into tiny pieces. Place in a freezer bag or container and freeze. This may be done months ahead of time, removing the need to wait until the ice cream is ready.

2

In a food processor or blender, combine about three bananas' worth of frozen chunks. If you don't have a powerful blender or your bananas are frozen solid, add a few extra teaspoons of coconut milk. Add other ingredients once bananas are added.

3

Blend until nice and smooth. You want a nice soft-serve ice cream texture and firmness.

4

Eat immediately as soft serve, or freeze for around thirty minutes for a firmer texture, then scoop out with an ice cream scoop.
