This luscious, dreamy tropical smoothie bowl is ideal for offering yourself a boost of energy during the winter months! Mango and clementine add a tangy flavor to the smooth, refreshing drink. These vitamin-rich fruits are also a wonderful way of obtaining extra vitamin C during the cold and flu season. Avocado and ginger, both anti-inflammatory plants, make this smoothie bowl creamy and rich and aid with digestion. Lastly, the hemp hearts provide loads of protein as well as fiber.

Tropical Glow Smoothie Bowl Ingredients

 ¾ cup water or coconut water if you prefer a sweeter smoothie
 1 Clementine (peeled)
 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks depending on the season and availability
  cup avocado
 1 cup baby spinach
 ½ inch piece of peeled ginger, or to taste
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 ½ tsp matcha green tea powder
 34 ice cubes
 Optional - feel free to add any addition fruit or substitute any of the above fruits based on taste
Toppings
 Your favorite granola
 Diced fresh mango/frozen mango if out of season
 Chopped bananas, raspberries, blueberries, and/or strawberries/frozen berries can be used if out of season
 Additional chopped clementine segments
 Chia Seeds

Tropical Glow Smoothie Bowl Recipe Directions

Add the water into a high-speed blender followed by the remainder of the smoothie bowl ingredients. Blend on high until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and add your desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
