Hemp&fork would like to introduce one of our newest smoothie recipes, the Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie with Hemp Hearts. This smoothie is easy to make and even children will love it. A great source to start your day loaded with proteins, Omega-3, and other essential vitamins and nutrients.

Makes 4 servings

 

Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie Ingredients

 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
 ½ cup water
 2 cups crushed ice
 ½ cup apple juice or cider
 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp honeyhoney is a great substitute for sugar

Add all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
