This hemp seed dressing recipe is delicious as well as vegan friendly and sure to please the whole family. Loaded with protein this dressing can be used as a salad dressing, it can be used on sandwiches and also makes a great dip for healthy snacking. Another upside to this recipe is that it is very easy to make and only takes a few minutes to whip up.
Using a blender combine all ingredients, except the herbs, and blend until smooth. If dressing is too thin add more hemp hearts, if it is too thick add more water to thin.
Add in the herbs and blend until incorporated.
Take a taste and feel free to add more of any ingredients you feel it may be lacking.
