Simply mix the seeds up in a small mixing bowl and then add them to an airtight container. Be sure to store it in the refrigerator to keep the mix fresh.

Ground Seed Mix

After mixing the seeds into a bowl add them to a blender or grinder and pulse until the seeds reach the texture you like.

Add the seed mix to almost any dish or drink you can think of. For example, add some when making bread, or baked goods. Sprinkle into smoothies and other drinks or cocktails.

Grinding is an unintrusive and healthy way to add some ALA Omega-3 to your diet, especially if you are a vegan or vegetarian.
