Keto Baked Eggs Directions
Brown turkey in a medium pan, add in Tex Mex mix, season to taste.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Arrange the cooked turkey mixture in a small baking dish and add hemp hearts and bell pepper slices followed by the crushed tomatoes. Add salt if needed.
Crack 2 to 3 eggs on top of the turkey layer.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until eggs, are done.
Top with parsley and seasonings to taste.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
