Our keto baked eggs with hemp hearts is a tasty treat that can be made for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The perfect combination of eggs and turkey for a low-carb meal!

Keto Baked Eggs Recipe

 3 oz ground turkey
 ½ red or green bell pepper sliced
 ½ cup cubed tomatoes
 1 tbsp Tex Mex mix
 ½ cup shredded cheese of your choice
 parsley to taste
 salt to taste

Keto Baked Eggs Directions

Brown turkey in a medium pan, add in Tex Mex mix, season to taste.

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Arrange the cooked turkey mixture in a small baking dish and add hemp hearts and bell pepper slices followed by the crushed tomatoes. Add salt if needed.

Crack 2 to 3 eggs on top of the turkey layer.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until eggs, are done.

Top with parsley and seasonings to taste.

Let cool for 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
