It's that time of year again, pumpkin cheesecake time that is. This is a new twist on an older more traditional recipe as we've added hemp hearts to the recipe. Our hemp-based pumpkin cheesecake is not only delicious, but it's also healthy. Perfect for the harvest season.

Hemp and Pumpkin Cheesecake Ingredients

Crust
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 1 cup dates
 1 cup almond flour
Cheese Filling
 2 ½ cups cashews - soaked 3 hours or over night
 1 cup pumpkin
 ¼ cup maple syrup
 ¼ cup coconut oil
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 ¼ teaspoon cloves
 ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
 ¼ teaspoon salt

Hemp and Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe Directions

In the food processor process pitted dates until broken into small pieces. Next add almond flour, hemp, and salt then pulse until dough forms a ball. Put into springform pan and press down to make the crust. Put in the freezer.

In a food processor puree nuts and hemp until almost completely smooth. Next pumpkin, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, spices maple. Process until completely smooth and there are no bits of nuts. Pour on top of crust and put back into the freezer.

Let set or enjoy right away!
