Who doesn't love Mac & Cheese? Another classic recipe with a hemp-based twist, combining for a delicious and healthy side dish for the whole family. This is a great recipe for children, and working parents. Quick, easy, and delicious.

Hemp Mac & Cheese Ingredients
Hemp Mac & Cheese Recipe Directions
Heat 4 quarts of water until boiling and add 1 tbsp of kosher salt into the pot.
Cook pasta in water until it is almost done.
In a separate saucepot heat up butter, add in onion, flour, and 1tbsp of Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts. Stir until butter and flour are completely mixed and your roux turns into a golden blonde color.
Add in milk and whisk until incorporated, add 1/2 tbsp of nutmeg, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt.
After your milk is simmering, add in your cream cheese, 1/2 cup of cheddar, and 1/2 cup of Colby Jack.
Drain pasta and put it back into your hot pot to keep pasta warm. Put the remaining cheddar and Colby jack directly onto hot pasta and mix. Pour your cheese sauce on top of pasta and mix. Mix in the remaining seasoning and taste to make sure you are seasoned well.
Pour Mac & Cheese into oven-safe bake dish and sprinkle Parmesan and remaining 2 tbsp of Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts on top and bake until top is golden brown.
