Delicious, naturally sweetened vegan breakfast that will keep your body fueled through the morning and into the afternoon.

Combine in a pot:
-1/4 cup hemp hearts
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 Banana sliced (more ripe = more sweet)
Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Make slurry. Mix 1 Tbsp almond flour and 2 Tbsp cold water until smooth.
Stir slurry into porridge in small increments until desired thickness is achieved.
Add 1/8 tsp of salt.
Move porridge to bowl.
Top with remaining sliced banana, walnut pieces and berries.
