Delicious, naturally sweetened vegan breakfast that will keep your body fueled through the morning and into the afternoon.

Hemp Heart Banana Porridge
 0.25 cup Hemp hearts
 0.50 cup Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk
 1 Banana, slicedRiper the banana, sweeter the porridge
 0.50 tsp Vanilla
 0.50 tsp Cinnamon
 1 tbsp Almond flour(used in slurry to thicken porridge)
 2 tbsp Water(used in slurry to thicken porridge)
 0.16 tsp Salt1/8 tsp is guideline, salt to taste is best
 Blueberries, blackberries and walnutsToppings, can be subbed for any fruit or nut

Combine in a pot:
-1/4 cup hemp hearts
-1/2 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 Banana sliced (more ripe = more sweet)

Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Make slurry. Mix 1 Tbsp almond flour and 2 Tbsp cold water until smooth.

Stir slurry into porridge in small increments until desired thickness is achieved.

Add 1/8 tsp of salt.

Move porridge to bowl.

Top with remaining sliced banana, walnut pieces and berries.
