Raspberry, Strawberry, and Banana Smoothie Recipe

 1 ½ cups raspberries
 1 cup strawberries
 ½ frozen banana
 1 ½ cups ice
 1 cup hemp milkor milk of your choice such as almond or oat milk
 1 cup honey or maple syrup

Combine the raspberries, strawberries, banana, hemp hearts, hemp milk, honey, or maple syrup, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Taste. If it's too tart for you, add another 1/2 cup or so of hemp milk and another tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
