 1 large bunch of collard greens
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp HEMP&fork Hemp Hearts
 1 diced onion
 1 cup vegetable broth
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tsp dried thyme
 salt and pepper to taste

Rinse and chop the collard greens.
