Breakfast Hemp Smoothie Recipe

 1 cup milk (of your choice)
 ½ cup raw cashews (soaked in water for 2-4 hours)
 1 cup strawberries (diced)
 1 banana (sliced)
 4 dates (pitted and chopped)
 ice cubes
 1 tsp lime zest
 1 tbsp Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts

As easy as it is to make a smoothie, all that you need to do is combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with any additional berries and serve.
