Pumpkin ‘Cheese’ Cake


  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts


  • 2 ½ cups Cashews- Soaked 3 hours or over night
  • ½ cup Hemp&fork Hemp Hearts
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon cloves
  • ¼ Teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

In food processor process pitted dates until broken into small pieces. Next add almond flour, hemp, and salt then pulse until dough forms a ball. Put into spring form pan and press down to make the crust. Put in freezer.

In food processor puree nuts & hemp until almost completely smooth. Next pumpkin, coconut oil, vanilla, salt, spices maple. Process until completely smooth and there are no bits of nuts. Pour on top of crust and put back into freezer.

Let set or enjoy right away!
